To match their modern and chic aesthetic, Pacific Lifestyle wanted a lighting solution that enhanced their reception area, and cut costs while lighting their offices and warehouse. CEMA Lighting were able to understand the requirements during a free consultation and set to work on the new system.

In the office spaces, the lighting system varied with a combination of 4x36w CAT 2 panel fittings and 29 Watt T8 products as well as some IP65 linear luminaires. CEMA Installations have furnished these areas with CEMA Lightings 600x600 Halo panel, which lines the ceiling tile with a bright, white ribbon of luminance for a stylish alternative to the standard 600x600 ceiling panel.

For the warehouse areas, CEMA Installations introduced CEMA Lighting’s market leading 190lm/w high bay to replace old, deteriorating 250W sodium lowbays in high ceiling areas and high output IP65 linear fittings for the lower ceilings. Because the facility is an old mill, the warehouse is susceptible to water intake from the ceiling, which is why higher ingress protection was necessary to ensure the safety and reliability of the system.

Pacific Lifestyle were able to achieve 65% financial savings because of the new layout for the system and total reduction in luminaires. Now, the lighting system will have paid for itself by August 2021.
