Jiffy Packaging, located in Winsford, are specialists in protective packaging and have over 50 years of industry-leading experience. Jiffy Packaging wanted a lighting system that was more efficient to run and mirrored their ‘green image’.

Their warehouses had an abundance of large machinery and racking which subsequently blocked light and cast large shadows. Our design team produced a lighting plan that addressed this issue by ensuring that all replacement luminaires were positioned correctly. Our 200W High-Output Super Lumen High Bay replaced the 400W MBI Low Bays – cutting energy consumption in half!

Since introducing the new LED lighting system, the running costs have been slashed by a colossal 62%. Moreover, Jiffy’s expectations were exceeded as the installation of the CEMA LED lighting system has saved them 293 tonnes of CO² a year. Meaning Jiffy can legitimately claim to be a greener company than before.
